Sure! All tours can be adjusted to meet your children's needs; simply request your favorite time.

Does my child need a safety seat?
Yes, according to Finnish law, all children under a specific height need a safety seat during transportation.

What is ISOFIX?
The Isofix is a standardized, click-in mounting system for child car seats, making car transportation safe and easy.

Is my child too young/old for the Children's Aurora Tour?
All children are a perfect fit for the tour, as it adapts to their ages, as well as the program, stories & snacks. Welcome, all ages-also infants!

When is the best time to book a tour?
The best time to book is at the beginning of your journey, as the tour can be transferred if the weather is unfavorable.

Is the tour also suitable for our grandma?
Yes! Please let us know if Grandma or Grandpa plans to join, and we will provide ice grippers for them.

When is it possible to see Auroras?
From late August to early April, with a tiny bit of luck, there can be amazing Northern Lights.

Can we make wishes such as ’a family photo shoot' or share special stories?
Yes, of course. Anytime!
